Here you can try to add a comment but it's not adding and giving me an error https://prnt.sc/vhvqd7
I have checked the contact form settings guests are allowed to comment https://prnt.sc/vhvrla

I have tried to deactivate all plugins but still not working

Please have a look into it

We see the following notice on your website:

Notice: is_tax was called incorrectly. Conditional query tags do not work before the query is run. Before then, they always return false. Please see Debugging in WordPress for more information. (This message was added in version 3.1.0.) in /home/q0tm6xp4ulba/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5229

The issue may come from this. Please contact your hosting support and ask them to solve it. Once they fix the issue, delete all caches and check again. It should work.
