My website is multilingual, with pages in both Greek and English. If a user comments on the Greek version of a page, will users viewing the English version see those comments?

Hi,
The wpDiscuz comment forms feature includes a Language option on the comment form editing screen. This option contains the current language code and loads the corresponding language translation from the PO/MO files of wpDiscuz.
