Is it possible to configure wpDiscuz to accept login and password, but not using WordPress database (like Disqus)? wpDiscuz login screen also reveals the site's login URL, and I think this is a security issue. Can it be changed?

Is it possible to configure wpDiscuz to accept login and password, but not using WordPress database (like Disqus)?
We're really sorry, but wpDiscuz is a native WordPress comment system. It doesn't handle user registration or account creation. It only stores comments in the corresponding WordPress database tables.
wpDiscuz login screen also reveals the site's login URL, and I think this is a security issue. Can it be changed?
