Users are allowed to enter referrals in our comments. There are typically 100 or more referrals. To make it fair (and not depend of the timing), it will be great if a random user's referral can show up. If there is no way, maybe it can be an useful enhancement. (Like type something in search, which would just bring up a random comment)
