I have the pro version of the plugin and was very excited to use inline feedback. However, I can't get it to work in the Gutenberg editor using the correct block. I found an example of how to use the shortcode on your site and followed it exactly, but it isn't working. I have screenshots of the post edit screen and the
published post so you can hopefully spot the issue.
In the meantime I'll just use a contact email for this use case.
Thanks in advance to the hero that helps me fix this!

Hi,
Please provide us with a detailed list of the steps you've taken to allow us to replicate the same issue on our test websites for further investigation.
Additionally, it would be better if you could record a video demonstrating the issue for better clarity.
I a new blank block so I could click on the plus sign to add a new block in Gutenberg editor. Then I added my question between the quotes and the section of the paragraph where I wanted it to appear between the two brackets as show in in the screenshot. If I selected text and then clicked on the plus in the top bar to add a block, the text was no longer selected and the shortcode was added to the bottom of the content. My only option was to add the inline feedback block after the paragraph block then add my information to the shortcode.
Here is the video. I can’t publish the post to test if it works because my posts auto-share to social media and it's not finished. Instead, I previewed the post after adding the block and you can see that it adds the text where the inline feedback icon should be, but nothing else. Uh oh. The file is too big. Let me see if I can compress it somehow.
