I can't change the e-mail content.

It seems you've enabled the "Use Plugin .PO/.MO Files" option, so the Phrases tab is missing. Please read this doc: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/general-settings/#use-plugin-po-mo-files
