Guestbook on wpdiscuz

I want to create guestbook on wpdiscuz. How I can do it?

Don't follow you well. Could you please explain in other words?

I need wpdiscuz (maybe shortcode?) only on one page and need pagination.

You should uncheck the other post types (keep only the page type) in the "Display comment form for post types" section. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/getting-started/manage-comment-forms/comment-form-settings/#post-types

In the same Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin page, if you check the checkbox at the beginning of “Break comments into pages with…” option, the comment pagination will be changed to standard [ 1 ] [ 2 ] [ 3 ] type. Once you check the "Break comments into pages with X top level comments per page" option, wpDiscuz will not have any relation to this anymore. This is native (core) WordPress option.

You should use the последняя value, in this case the pagination will start from the last page, so the newest comments will shown up first.

When you select the первая, that means the first page (not comment) will be displayed first.

I need new comments on up first page. All need parametres is ok, but you can see on my link, that is not working. Look at the time messages.
