We have been recently updated from wpDiscuz 5 to 7 and we have purged all the cache from our hosting platform (WPEngine) and we are not using any CDN.
We have the guest commenting turned off from WP > Discussion and Comment Form settings (see screenshot), also we use a membership plugin and all of our pages are only available to logged-in members. But still, we are getting "anonymous" comments often from our logged-in users.
I would be grateful if you guys can help me out to solve this.
It seems that there is some antispam/security plugin that causes the issue, please deactivate all antispam/security plugins and check again.
