During the installation we have had a problem with the comment form when someone is not logged in. It is fine once logged in but is a mess when not logged in.
Below is a screen shot of the form as is. Not inviting and seems to ignore your formats. We have gone through all the settings and cant find out how to fix this.
Once you log in it is perfect. Just when you not logged in you get the above.
Secondly the whole comment form is being replicated at the bottom of the page?
Could you please deactivate the cache plugin and check again? Let us know how it works without the cache plugin.

Then you can activate the cache plugin and exclude the wpDiscuz from the plugin settings.
