Does WPDiscuz have email validation? I am getting spammers commenting with fake emails like test@ abc.com, today@yes.com, etc.

The email validation is being checked by email format. That is the email must contain the @ symbol and some kind of .com etc. There is no easy way to validate such kind today@yes.com of emails.
