Hello, I am running into a basic issue where the comments are not displaying unless a student clicks show newest or oldest dropdown button.

I have tried deactivating all plugins and activating them again one by one to see if it was a plugin issue but that did not resolve the problem.

Also, the comment pagination type is set as "Load all comments".

Any insights and assistance is greatly appreciated. Thank you

Hi Asti, unfortunately, the comment not showing seems to be only an issue associated with learndash lessons and posts. I cannot share a url since the course is set on private (a student has to login).

As you can see in the figure, the comments do not show by default under a learndash lesson.

I have followed the following steps described in this post:
