Not sure why but users cannot view the comments unless they are logged in. Is there something I need to toggle to get comments to appear to everyone? Also I wanted to mention that logged out users should only be able to view comments, not leave a comment or vote on them.

Hi,

Please check the value of the following two options:

Allow guests to view comments - Yes
Allow guests to comment - No

The option is located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Forms admin page. You should edit the Current form.
