I've chosen a comment layout format in settings, but my comments are not displaying in threaded format.  They display unthreaded.

Here is a sample:

Here's a screenshot of how the comments display without any markings indicating who commenters are replying to:

@asti Thanks. I thought for sure that threaded comment setting was checked. Don't know how it became unchecked. But I fixed it.  Much better now!
