Hi, nothing in the section below "Allow Guest to rate" radio buttons in the Edit Form option is responding to clicks. Edit, Delete, Add Row etc. I've tried creating a new form, clone form and purge the default form from cache.

Please advise on the possible causes and a way to fix. Thanks and regards.
