Issue Bulk comment delete doesn't work for users

Hi,

I have this issue. When users click "Content & Settings" to do a bulk comment delete, they receive an email with the links to bulk delete comments, unsubscribe, and unfollow. However, when they tried clicking the bulk comment delete link, it doesn't delete those comments posted by them (I already make sure they use the same email address to post comments as they require a link to delete their own comments). It seems like a bug for me. Do you have any ideas why and how to resolve this issue?
