may i know where to insert it?
as i dont see the setting or styling in "Dashboard > Comments > Settings > Styling" in my dashboard?

You can put it in the Top Admin Bar > Customize > Additional CSS > "Additional CSS" textarea, save it, delete all caches and check again.
