Somehow the wpdiscuz-ajax.php file is blocked. Probably it's done by other plugins or by server-side.
Please navigate to Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > General Settings admin page, enable the "Use WordPress native AJAX functions" option, delete all kinds of caches (CDN, website, wpDiscuz, browser) and check again.

Not sure, if there should be a big difference.
In any case, if you see some changes you can find the problem maker by disabling the plugins/theme one by one and checking after each deactivation. If none of the plugins/theme causes the issue contact the hosting support and ask them to check it.
