Is it possible to add a hyperlink to the front-end phrases?
Specifically, we customized the "please login to comment" phrase and want to add a link to our account signup page.

We're really sorry, but there is no way to add a hyperlink in the phrase. You should use the <Show "Login" link on comment form> option. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/user-authorization-and-profile-data/#show-%E2%80%9Clogin%E2%80%9D-link-on-comment-form
