Why can't I add the href value of the <a> tag to my "AgreementCheckbox"?

Whenever I add the href value and click save, it disappears when I check it again.

Haha, I actually solved it by myself. It turned out that the symbol I used was different from the default prompt. The correct way to use it is href="" instead of href=''. I have already solved this problem. Great! 🤣
