Hello

All our purchased add on's have been deactivated and cannot be activated with the license key we already have.

We have not upgraded the plug in add on's and would like to continue to use the license we bought at this time.

Can you please advise how we may continue to use the license we bought.

We updated to the latest version and were able to activate the pug in add on's. Please note, we received errors of the license not active for the first couple of times, but when we repeated the activation step it worked finally. May be caching issue. I am not sure. Thank you.

The pugin's are still getting deactivated on their own. Is there a way to issue to a refund please.
