We see the js error on your website console (screenshot below). Contact your theme support and ask them to fix the issue. Once the issue is fixed, please delete all caches and check again. It should work fine.
Thank you for your fast answer. But I have a problem, there is no more support for my theme... Maybe you have another solution?
the js function called in your active theme is deprecated and is not being supported by WordPress anymore. You should either find some developers and ask them to solve this issue or find another theme.
