You just need to use the correct user nickname to mention. You should not use the Display Name. Also, you should make sure the "Enable User Mentioning" option is enabled in wpDiscuz > Settings > Subscriptions admin page. The doc:

But the problme is I can't find correct user nicename.
BTW, the addon is great!
We'll add it as tooltip or next to the name in future releases.
The addon already displays user nicknames next to user names:
