Thanks for your reply, I already checked both options of "Email me whenever" but didn't receive an email when a comment is placed.

1) Yes my email works
2) I waited around 3hrs but didn't receive any email
3) I didn't use Gmail Fetch services
4) It also didn't come to spam either
5) It also didn't work
6) Yeah I didn't reply
7) I don't know anything about subscription options
8) Yes I removed the Akismet plugin
9) These two things are not a concern with my issue I guess
10) Not sure about that
