The comment form only renders on pages. I tried allowing comments everywhere and for everything. I have a custom post type, and neither that or native posts.

I went through the troubleshoting article and verified everything to the last tip. I went throught the templates and it should be showing.

The floating button on the corner shows up but does nothing. The "no comment" element is also visible, but it also does nothing.

There is  "Cannot read property 'top' of undefined" on the console, which is tryin to reach #wpdcom which doesnot exist.

thank you for any info.

Hi @mateusvitor,

Are you sure you've deleted all caches?

If so, could you please deactivate wpDiscuz and check whether you have the default comment form on that page or not. wpDiscuz is the default comment form extension. If you don't have the default comment form then this is a theme issue and you can't see wpDiscuz as well. Once you fixed this and displayed the default comment form you can activate back the wpDiscuz. It'll be right there as well for sure.
