When a guest or a user gets to the comment section, he sees the stars beeing yellow (if a post has been already rated before from others).
That makes it difficult to see that he hasn't voted yet! Although he hasn't voted, he doesn't see that.
The stars should turn up grey for someone who hasn't voted yet and turn yellow once he votes.
Or there should be a hint somewhere, telling him that he hasn't voted yet.
