Source Code Comments must be refreshed to hide html

I'll post this in two different topics, since they seem to be different issues. If the text looks wonky/is due in part to the other bug, then the information is here: [will add it once i make that topic]. In order for source code to be visible, I need to refresh the page, even though the editor looks correct when I import the information. The issue is that the hyperlink html is partially visible after posting the comment. Finally, after refreshing the page: Other than the comment image, this is what it should look like; I believe it's a bug that this does not show up upon immediate posting, especially since the preview is correct.
