Hello support, hello community,

I checked the forum, but it looks like for an individual issue.

If a user wants to leave a comment on my blog, the user is getting the following error message.

“You must login to insert a comment” in red, which fade out after some seconds and the post seams not posted. (Because the screen remains as it is, and the input form doesn’t change.)

But if you refresh the site manually, its posted.

My test page.  https://camper.help/mytest/

I assume that there is a dependency to the the next issue. I am getting an e-mail notification of this post as admin, but no e-mails will be sent out to the user.

Maybe an idea, what I did wrong?

Thanks in advance.

Kind regards

Florian

Hi @camperhelp,

Please deactivate the plugins one by one and check after each deactivation. This is a plugin conflict for sure.

Its was a setting in YASR plugin.

Fixed, just needed to select "Yes" on Allow anonymous?

Case solved and closed. Thanks for your help.
