The issue comes from the Memberium plugin. If you disable the plugin the issue should be solved. Please try to deactivate the plugin and check again.Â
On your staging website, the plugin is deactivated and it's working fine.Â
@asti Can you provide any details what the conflict is? We need the memberium plugin as it manages our membership access levels and is very important.
It'd be better if you contact the plugin support and ask them about the issue. They should better know how to solve the issue. Â
