The FontAwesome lib is disabled on your website, so the icons don't appear.

Is there any other way to make the comment link button appear by using a custom code as I do not want to load the entire FontAwesome library?

You can customize the link.html file in the. Just embed the SVG icon or probably image there instead of the {LINK_ICON}.
