anyone know why the comment count above the comment section does not equal the comment count over the floating comment button? see screenshot attached.

The issue still comes from the Memberium plugin. It somehow affects the comment count.
If you disable the plugin and check it again, you'll not see the issue anymore.

@asti We sent this over to Memberium, and they concluded that the issue is with the WPDiscuz plugin and not Memberium. They deactivated Memberium and the comment count is still incorrect.
it looks like it's only counting the number of comments in the first set of comments, not anything after the "Load More" bar. for example at the time of writing this comment we have 51 comments, but the floating bubble shows 10. https://www.saltstrong.com/articles/best-online-fishing-community/
We've deactivated the plugin and it worked fine. Anyway, reset the login details we'll check it again.
