Assume admin has set a Comment Text Length, for example, minimum 100 characters. A user can post a comment longer than 100 characters and post it. But then the user can edit their comment to below 100 characters and post it.

If there is a Comment Text Length min/max, this should also apply to when a comment is being edited.
