When clicking on the Approve and reply on any comment, it generates this "red block"(see image ) and it is not clear whether the comment has been approved or not.

Also, the process of approving a comment takes about 20 seconds to be executed.

Please inform how to rectify these above items.

Please check your JS errors. It seems the problem comes from JS errors. Just press F12 and go to the Console tab and check JavaScript errors.
