I have installed on my website

When on desktop I can rate the article but when i check my mobile the option does not work
I have tried disabling other plugins
cleared cache,
removed cache plugin
switched of and on minify settiings and still no joy
can you help?

I am not sure how to resolve the issues, will research and see if I can sort.
How did you access that error log, in chrome dev options?
Also, Thanks for the option for guest rating. This has solved my issue:)
