Hello! The wpdiscuz plugin does not work on my Wordpress site.
What I checked: 1) There is permission to comment on the page 2) The comments.php file is in my theme 3) In settings/discussion there is also a checkbox with permission for new comments
Neither your plugin nor standard comments from wordpress are displayed

I ran through the support link you shared above and non-users should be able to post/reply to comments per the settings, but not sure what the issue could be.
The issue may be caused by the 'Automatically close comments on posts older thanXdays' option in WordPress. Please disable it to allow the comment form to appear on posts and pages.
The option can be found and managed in theDashboard > Settings > Discussionadmin page.
