Hello! The wpdiscuz plugin does not work on my Wordpress site.

What I checked:
1) There is permission to comment on the page
2) The comments.php file is in my theme
3) In settings/discussion there is also a checkbox with permission for new comments

Neither your plugin nor standard comments from wordpress are displayed

Hello,

I am seem to be having the same issues. Non-logged in users seem to not be able to post a comment. See this blog post as an example if you wish to test: https://www.revivalfocus.org/the-fallacy-of-the-slippery-slope/

I ran through the support link you shared above and non-users should be able to post/reply to comments per the settings, but not sure what the issue could be.

The issue may be caused by the 'Automatically close comments on posts older than X days' option in WordPress. Please disable it to allow the comment form to appear on posts and pages.

The option can be found and managed in the Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page.
