Hey there.

I'd like to create a support page, based on this plug-in, rather than use it 'traditionally' as a comments feature at the bottom of a blog post.

Is that possible? Is there embed code I can use to put the comments on a single 'Support' page?

I'd suggest you read this doc: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/getting-started/missing-comment-form/

Here is explained how to enable the wpDiscuz comment form on the WordPress posts/pages. You'll just need to check each point and make sure all settings are configured correctly.
