We don't follow you well. As far as I understand the comment form is missing on some pages. If so, please check out all points mentioned in this doc and leave some feedback for each one:  https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/getting-started/missing-comment-form/

Also, navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussionsadmin page and check this option ON:

On the same page, make sure the "Automatically close comments on posts older than X days" checkbox is not checked.
