Does this have api endpoints so we can integrate this into our mobile app? We have native wordpress comments now but wondering if we could transfer to wpdiscuz, mainly we just want the media upload.

I'm really sorry, but wpDiscuz doesn't have this API. You can use WordPress Rest API.
