I purchased addons buddy press and front end moderation. I never received activation keys. How do I get them or how do I ask for my money back if I can't

@asti Ok I read your instructions. I found the activation keys in my spam folder. But when I install the keys the message says the keys are invalid. What do I do now?

I have a second question. I am using Elementor. Which comment or form widget do I use to place a Discuz comment form on a page.
