Hello,

I've noticed that the user mentions feature, which I have enabled, doesn't appear to work consistently. Sometimes the use of @nickname creates the hyperlink successfully, and sometimes it doesn't. I'm attaching a screenshot that contains one successful mention, and one unsuccessful.

I would appreciate any advice on how to fix this! Please let me know if you need further information. Thank you!
