I need all emails relating to comments to go to and from a moderator - NOT the webmaster. Where do I make this change?

The email notification is sent to the E-mail address listed in the Administration > Settings > General Screen. More info here: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/wordpress-settings/comment-subscription/
