I installed the wpDiscuz plugin and the bubble doesn't appear on my website and there isn't a visible form to add new comments, only the old comments are on display, I checked the settings but I dint understand how I can fix it, is this common or do I have to change some of the settings?

for example in this blog post if you scroll all the way down you can see 2 old comments but there is no form to leave new comments or the comments bubble! thank you for replying to me @asti
Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussions admin page and check this option ON:
On the same page, make sure the "Automatically close comments on posts older than X days" checkbox is not checked.
