To 'cancel' a reply, you have to hit the reply button again. It took me a few minutes to figure it out so I know it will confuse visitors. Is there a way to have (toggle) the Reply button say Cancel after the reply window is open?

I've already requested the developers to add this to our to-do list. However, I cannot provide an ETA for when it might be available. I'm sorry, but we cannot prioritize this at the top of our to-do tasks.
