I am having trouble with trying to reply to a comment left by customer. Is is not displaying it below the original comment, it is displaying it at the top of my comments list as the newest comment. I cannot get the threading feature to work. No reply ever goes below the original comment. Please can you help me fix this?

Please navigate to Dashboard > Settings > Discussion admin page, make sure the "Enable threaded (nested) comments X levels deep" checkbox is checked.

Thank you so much.... problem solved and I can stop pulling my hair out now:)
Just in case any one else is having this situation, I'd like to clarify the solution. The settings referred to in the solution are found under the general WordPress settings, and not the wpdiscuz settings. Hope this helps.
