@taylork Please, navigate to wpDiscuz > Tools > Rebuild Ratings and click on "Rebuild Ratings" button if it's active

Don't forget to delete all caches before checking.

We see that the ratings are already displayed correctly. Please confirm.

You can find who has rated the article only in the DB.

@asti That is one of the problems. My DB doesn't show that there are any ratings.

This is not a Database, this is a Dashboard of your website. Those are not the same.  

You can find it in the wp_wc_users_rated DataBase Table.
