Hi, I have a post that shows there have been two ratings. However, I can’t find that information anywhere else. The dashboard says that it’s never received a rating and I can’t find anything about locating who rated the post. Is it possible to see who rated the post? Why would the dashboard not match up with the post?

@taylork Please, navigate to wpDiscuz > Tools > Rebuild Ratings and click on "Rebuild Ratings" button if it's active

ratings

Don't forget to delete all caches before checking.

We see that the ratings are already displayed correctly. Please confirm.

This is not a Database, this is a Dashboard of your website. Those are not the same.  

You can find it in the wp_wc_users_rated DataBase Table.
