I'm having some strange issues with the profile pictures as they are not updating properly. I upload a new one but in the comment section it just refuses the update. The old one is still displayed. It doesn't matter if I clear cache, cloudflare cache, and redis cache. I have also turned off cache in the wpdiscuz plugin.

What is going on here? :/

Edit: I just noticed that when I visit my site in incognito mode the profile pic has been updated. Why does it refuse to update for me in my browser? I have never ever come across an issue like this before on my site?
