When someone comments, they will receive an email confirming the subscription

Hi,You just subscribed for new comments on our website. This means you will receive an email when new comments are posted according to subscription option you've chosen.To activate, click confirm below. If you believe this is an error, ignore this message and we'll never bother you again.Confirm Your SubscrptionCancel Subscription

When you click on Confirm Subscription to receive mail with new comments.

When pressed, a message appears that your subscription has been confirmed. Then the page will refresh.

When I comment again, I receive an email similar to the previous one confirming the subscription

Yes, that's right, but the problem is
When clicking on confirm subscription
Please click
You will find that the page will refrish itself

write another comment
You will receive the same confirmation email again
And you've already confirmed it.
