There are several questions:

1. How to make notifications turned on by default? See screenshot.

2. How can I like and dislike instead of + and -? Like here - https://robotstxt.ru/#comments ( https://pensioneramrf.ru/questions/chto-vhodit-v-trudovoj-stazh.html ).

These kinds of options don't comply GDPR and they are not manageable.

You can enable the 'Keep checked the 'Notify of new replies to this comment" option by default' option. The option is located in the Dashboard > wpDiscuz > Settings > Subscription and User Following admin page.

Just make sure this is not a fundamental breach of the GDPR regulation.

2. How can I like and dislike instead of + and -?

You should use the "Voting Buttons Icon" option. Please read this doc: https://wpdiscuz.com/docs/wpdiscuz-7/plugin-settings/comment-thread-features/#voting-liking-buttons
