your plugin is awsome.
I made this test:
- I've added a comment as a guest on a post on my website
- Always as a guest I've got an email to confirm my subscription and I clicked to confirm
- As admin I've got an email to moderate the comment
- I've approved and replied to this comment
If I check the mailbox I used as a guest I don't find any notification. I've checked also in the spam folder but no email found.
To resume: the emails sent to the admin user to notify a comment to be moderated are ok, apparently the emails sent to the guests are not working.
Is there any parameter I need to check ? Or could it depend on the SMTP server ?

I'll make another test.
The email address I used as a guest is a gmai address, is it possible that in some cases (for example gmail accounts) the email is managed correctly ? It's just my guess and, if yes, is probably not related with this plugin.
