When I comment with the WordPress admin account, the account name has a hyperlink that links back to the user profile. I would like this set this up for every user but cannot find where in WPDiscuz this is set up or is an option.

We don't follow you well. If the users have the profiles the wpDiscuz will redirect to the profile pages.
We may suggest you enable the Use guest email to detect registered account option. Using this option you can enable wpDiscuz functions to find the real registered user data based on email.
