This kind of issue is usually caused by either conflict with other plugins or the active theme.

Please deactivate the plugins/theme one by one and check after each deactivation to find the problem maker.

Please let us know which plugin/theme causes the issue. 

Keep the cache plugin (if you have) deactivated during this testing process.

Don't forget to press Ctrl+F5(twice) on the frontend each time before checking.

i checked every plugin  and found no difference.

in your instructions consider some users may use Mac's     Command R for refresh.

We don't find such an issue on our test websites. Could you please send the admin login details to info[at]gvectors.com email address? I'll ask the developers to check the issue for you.

Alos confirm us to deactivate some plugins if it's necessary.

The issue comes from the theme it loads a too old version of jQuery, so you see the issue. You should contact theme support and ask them to update the version of jQuery. 

do you have a recommendation for a new theme for this video archive site?
